Quality of Service: 15/10! professional, yet down to earth and felt like we were working with friends, although Saturday was the first time meeting in person! Responsiveness: Everyone (Kate, Anne, Sam) had checked in with me via text in the days leading up to our wedding to ensure all last minute questions were answered and all details were sorted out. Professionalism: We had guests say “your vendors were excellent - they were there to cover everything, yet they were never in the way” Value: WORTH EVERY PENNY Flexibility: We had to resort to plan B because of the weather, and everyone was easily accepting of the change. I was devastatingly nervous for the engagement shoot -- and she helped to calm me down and make sure that she captured (and curated!) beautiful pictures. She was supportive of my eclectic tastes (have the photoshoot in a cemetery). As we worked up to the big day, she was in constant communication. She worked with me to get a day of schedule & to finalize a list of all the family photos we needed to get during the ceremony. We had a pre-wedding meeting to talk over all of the details and timeline. Anne made sure that myself and my husband were prepared for the big day (well- as much as we could be).”

“We found ourselves working with Loyalty Events when I was introduced to Anne, who is their lead photographer. And there is a good reason she holds that title. Ann was an absolute pleasure to work with. She has this wonderful, bubbly personality, and is so easy to get along with. She was very responsive and always on top of communicating - from sharing the day of photo planner to scheduling our in-person meet up to go over the day-of timeline. She made sure we included time for all of the shots we wanted - even the non-tradition extras we wanted. We decided to go with a first look, and she planned every pose and detail down to a T. As someone who hates having her picture taken, Ann made it enjoyable and fun, and there was never an awkward moment. It felt more like working with a friend than a vendor. She captured every little detail in my ceremony and reception space, which is huge since you don't get to see what the place looks like before as a bride. I am beyond happy with how our album turned out, and am so happy I have these moments of time frozen for me to always look back on!”
